Built in 1971 this lovely 3 Bedroom Bungalow has sea-views from the front door and is just a short walk to the beach where Saving Private Ryan was filmed in Ballineskar. The property is only a couple of minutes drive from Curracloe Village, with schools, shops, hotel etc.

The property is currently owner occupied and can be lived in immediately. The decor of the place is from the 70’s so would probably need updating, depending on your taste of course. The property is in excellent condition, has oil fired heating, double glazing all around, stanley range in the kitchen, which can heat the water and the walls were pumped with insulation long before it became widely available.

The property has a lovely mature front garden and a large back garden done in two sections set on 0.32 of an acre. It is South West facing so gets all the evening sun.The first part of the back garden is your lawn and then at the rear is the vegetable garden. There are large mature hedges running down either side of the property for privacy and then there are lovely scenic views of the country side from at the rear of the property.

You have a large masonary built garage at the back also and the yard has a matcrete cobble effect all around.

You enter the property through the porch area with sliding patio door and enter into the large L shaped hallway with living room to the left and kitchen diner to the right and the bedrooms and bathroom down the long hallway.

The living room is large with the window at the front letting in lots of natural light and an open fireplace on the opposite wall.

The bedrooms are all decent size and have built in wardrobes.

The family bathroom is a good size and has a bath, WC and Bidet along with WHB.

The kitchen has to the right a snug living area which could be converted into the dining area and then the kitchen itself was upgraded with newer units and has the stanely range.

Just off the kitchen is a parlour room and lots of storage space and the original garage was converted into another bedroom/living room with patio doors to the front and a sky light again letting in lots of natural light. There has been a shower room fitted just off this room also, hence the reason I say it could used as another bedroom.

At the rear of the house there was a large porch area installed which not only gives you extra living space, but also extra storage space and contributes a massive amount of heat to the house.

Services: Sceptic Tank, mains water, ESB and Eir phone line.
