Come into Blackwater Village and turn left for Kilmuckridge on the R742. Approx 2 miles out there is a crossroads with the turn for Blackwater golf club on your left and the turn for ballyvaldon is on your right. You turn to your right and come down past the quarry. The road bends to the left and you pass an old cemetery and a open handball alley. The house is down on your left hand side up off the road.
